Into the Dead 2 Video Game Review
Into the Dead 2 is the sequel to the hit game ‘In the Name fame. In this game, you again play as Mary who finds herself back in the world that she left many years ago. This time though, she’s a doctor and has lost her way in the middle of a zombie-ravaged town. You’ll have to find a way out and save the dying humans as well as saving the zombies.
In Into the Dead 2, you’ll have the opportunity to switch from being a doctor to being a mother as well. This is part of the add-on content that you can get for the game when you buy it. To be more specific, aside from switching between these two roles, you will also be given the chance to raise a family in the game which is done through the game’s economic system. You can buy food, get medicine and build a shelter with funds earned in the zombie economy.
So how does Into the Dead 2 compare to the original In the Name fame? Well, the game definitely has a high price point because of the added content and add-ons. If you are looking for a good zombie game with great visuals and great audio then this might not be the right game for you. However, if you are looking for a game with a good storyline and solid mechanics, then the game is a good choice.
The game definitely looks and sounds as great as the original. The zombie visuals are very realistic and blend very well with the rest of the game’s environment. Some of the environments are truly amazing. And of course, the undead creatures are as cool as they could get. I’m sure fans of the undead loved the trailers because they really look like the ones from the movie.
The new weapons and features were added to the game to make up for the fact that there aren’t as many zombies in the game. In fact, the few there are look very similar to the original, but they do not have the cool feature that the zombies in the first game had. I feel that it makes the game more realistic and a bit more “tactical”. That doesn’t mean that the weapons don’t work, but I feel like it enhances the experience a bit.
Another thing that I enjoyed about the game is that I was given a chance to replay some of the levels after completing them. This way, I was able to get a feel for the auto-run zombie survival game loop that the designers created. This loop involved moving from level to level, doing different things, getting infected, and being killed by the living dead. I liked the loop and it certainly made the zombies seem more realistic.
I also really like how the game makes use of the undead to help you complete missions. There are a couple of undead zombies at the beginning of the game that helps you in your mission. Once you complete a mission successfully, you can then meet up with them and have a discussion about the future of the undead. This part of the game is excellent because it gives you an idea of what the Zombies will be capable of once you have more weapons and ammo. It is also fun to see how you develop friendships along the way.
Overall, I enjoyed playing the game. Although it is not the greatest game in the world, it is still a very entertaining game. I liked the storyline, the zombie survival element, and the use of the undead to complete missions and goals throughout the game. All in all, Into the Dead 2 is worth a try if you enjoy first-person shooters with a strong storyline. If you like the first game, you should definitely play Into the Dead 2.
